Jim “Jimmy T” Tilton has over 28 years experience in the restaurant and catering industry. A transplant from the Midwest, Jim owned and operated a successful fine dining restaurant in Kansas City for 15 years. Jim Moved to the West Coast in 2001 and has been catering in the Sacramento area ever since.
Jimmy likes to grow as much fresh produce as possible; here are some of his fresh-grown tomatoes.
