Shrimp marinated with olive oil, garlic, cilantro, green onion, red pepper flakes and fresh herbs. Served with a multi-herb-infused cocktail sauce.
Cilantro Shrimp Recipe
2 lbs 16-20 raw peeled and deveined shrimp
½ cup fresh minced cilantro
4 fresh minced green onions
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp fresh minced garlic
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Boil shrimp until done, rinse and chill. Add all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight in a gallon zip lock bag. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
