Fresh steamed and marinated artichokes, garlic, cheeses and herbs. Served at room temperature with bread for dipping.
Artichoke Dip Recipe
Serves 4-6
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
4 green onions
1 T garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, add mayo and Parmesan cheese. Dice the artichokes to desired consistency, mince green onions, and add artichokes and onions along with the garlic to the mayo, Parmesan mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for an hour and then put in a small casserole dish. Heat at 275 for 30 minutes. Be careful not to overcook as the mayo will break down. Serve with chips, crackers or pita bread
