Rotisserie chicken sauteed with Vidalia onions and garlic in a robust buffalo “wing” sauce. Served your choice of warm wonton cups or grilled crostinis.
Buffalo Chicken Cups Recipe
1 rotisserie chicken
3/4 cup wing sauce (your favorite brand)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1 T black pepper
1 T fresh minced garlic
15-20 wonton wrappers
This appetizer can be made as mild or as spicy as you prefer. Press the wonton wrappers into small cupcake pans to form small cups. Bake at 350° until crisp (about 15 minutes). Remove the cups from pans and let cool. Remove the chicken from the bone and place in a saute pan along with the first five ingredients. Warm in pan and spoon into cups. Serve warm. The chicken is also great by itself, as sandwich fixings, or as a salad topping.
